By signing, you authorise all claim documents and agree to receive copies by email. You understand you could claim independently for free with your lender or via the Financial Ombudsman Service but choose to instruct Harcus Parker Limited (trading as Parker Kerrigan), a firm of solicitors authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA no. 653501), to act for you on your claim. You agree that your electronic signature may be used for each Letter of Authority and related claim steps without further consent. You also authorise a soft credit check to identify any potential car finance claims. These searches will not impact your credit score but will help verify any agreements that are found.

You also agree to Parker Kerrigan's agreement terms, including the fee. The fee for an average claim for less than £1,500 is 30% plus VAT, with a lower fee for higher value claims.
